Kiriyan is the fifth son of Fr. Kunju Ninan and the Theruvile Veedu originated through him. He had seven sons and two daughters.
Kiryan had seven sons:

Out of the above, the fifth son Chacko, Theruvile Veedu, Vadakkethalackal, Thiruvananthapuram got married from Karichal and had one son Cheriyakunju and two daughters Annamma and Sosamma.
Annamma: Married to Thomas (Teacher) of Ettutharayil, Perungala, Kayamkulam.
Sosamma: Married to Pappachan (Business), Tharayil Kizhakethil, Padinjarenada, Haripad.
Cheriyakunju (C. Cherian) Vadakkethalackal, Kunnukuzhy, Trivandrum married Chinnamma, daughter of Mrs. & Mr. Saramma and Geevarghese of Nadakkavil Kizhakkethil, Perungala, Kayamkukam. He retired as Superintendent, Stationary Department, Secretariat, Trivandrum. He expired on 8th May 1985 and Chinnamma expired on 13th April 1993.
They got eight sons and two daughters viz Joy, Sunny, Mercy, Babu, Raju, Mohan, Roy, Sarasu, Aniyan and Kunju.
Mercy: Married to Baby (Chandapilla, Retired Controller of Examinations Calicut University) of Karukayil, Edathua.
Sarasu: Married to to Raju (P. K. Mathew, Retired Chief Engineer, Kerala Elrctrcity Board) of Valayil, Pallam, Kottayam.
Joy (V. C. George): Vadakkethalackal, Thampuran Mukku, Kunnukuzhy, Trivandrum, Married Baby, Marettu Bhavan, Kallooppara, Retired as District Statistic Officer, Kerala Government. They got two sons Saji and Shaji.
Saji married Reha of Chali House, Mulamthuruthi and have one son. Shaji married Vimita of Kochuparambil, Karapuzha, Kottayam and have a son and a daughter.
Sunny (V. C. Jacob): No. 204, Ararat Tower, Jai Bhavani Mata Road, Amboli, Andheri West, Mumbai-400058 (Vadakkethalackal, B-3, Aattara Apts., Mosque Lane, Kumarapuram, Trivandrum-695011); Married Annie, Akkara Valiyaparambil, Thazhathangadi, Kottayam. Retired as Naval Stores Officer, Min. of Defense, Govt. of India. Annie retired as Senior Teacher, Maharashtra Government.
They got one daughter and two sons viz. Sany, Sony and Rony.
Sany: Married Bobby, of K. M. Varghese, Kozhimannil, Thodupuzha and have two daughters and a son; Anitta, Tina and Ben and settled at Chennai.
Sony (Cherry V. Jacob): Married Vinita of George Zachariah, Mavilathu, Thumpamon and have a daughter and a son; Anu and Ken. They are settled at Chennai.
Rony (Kurian V. Jacob): Married Saili Sarah of Lal Oommen, Pandenpadavil, Valanjavattom, Thiruvalla; Presently employed in Trivandrum.
Babu (V. C. Joseph): Married Joyce Vazhapilli, Calicut and settled at Perth, Western Australia. They got two daughters Anitta and Sonia.
Raju (V. C. Mathew): Married Ponnu, Chavacheril, kumarakam, Kottayam. Both expired without any children.
Mohan (V. C. Kuriakose): Vadakkethalackal, No. 97, Vikas Nagar, Chakala Mukku, Sreekaryam, Trivandrum-17. Married Susan, Perakathu, Keezhvaipur. They got two daughters
Nisha and Asvathy. Both married and settled at Pune and Bangalore respectively.
Roy (Zachariah V. Cherian): C-401, Seawoods Garden, Sector-17, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai; Married Glory, Sankaramangalathu Thyparambil, Eraviperoor, Thiruvalla. Retired as Senior Engineer, Maker Development, Nariman Point, Mumbai. Glory retired as Deputy General Manager, IDBI, Mumbai. Have one daughter Shreya MBA student.
Aniyan (V. C. Alexander): 403, Oudumber, Pandurangwadi, Dombivali East, Thane District, PIN-421201; an Officer in Panjab National Bank, Mumbai. Married Renu Pandenpadavil, Valanjavattom, Thiruvalla.. Renu is employed as a Science Teacher. They got one daughter Seenu married and settled at Valsad.
Kunju (Ninan V. Cherian): Vadakkethalackal, Thampuran Mukku, Kunnukuzhy, Trivandrum-695 035 is an Administrative Officer, Mission Hospital, Pondicherry. Married Anila, Thottukadavil, Nalanchira, Trivandrum. Anila is employed as an Officer in State Bank of Travancore at Pondicherry. They got two sons Sujith and Deepu both Engineering Students.
Iype Edayile Veedu , Vazhuvadi, (Seventh of Kiryan, Theruvile Veedu), married Achiamma of Sankaramangalam, Eraviperoor and they had two sons; Kurien & John and four daughters; Mariamma, Annamma, Kunjamma & Thankamma.
Kurien : married Achiamma of Kanjeppallil, Cheppad and had two daughters; Ammini & Mariamma.
John : Married Chinnamma of Mullasseril Thakidiyil, Pandanad and had three sons; John Iype (Thampi), E. J. Sachariah (Thankachan) & Kurien John (Raju) and two daughters; Susamma & Valsamma.
